Sponsorship revenue is a critical source of income for many events and conferences and we know how to deliver our clients results. Our team will design a strategic plan to leverage sales with best-fit sponsors to see the overall success of your event.

We will generate leads, develop sponsorship packages, deliver entitlements, manage contracts and payments, maximize sponsor investment and build mutually beneficial long-term relationships.

TRADE EXHIBITION

The trade exhibition is an important component of any event particularly for the longevity of sponsor relationships.

We will develop a floor plan that delivers value for money to sponsors and maximizes exhibition exposure. We will be onsite before, during and after the event to manage the bump in/out as well as check in with sponsors for the duration of your event. 

We have established relationships with exhibition hire companies and will handle the planning, coordination and logistics of the trade exhibition from start to finish.

EVENT LOGISTICS

There is lots to consider in the lead up to your event- delegate bags, bump in schedule, speaker logistics, conference app,  hotel check-in, registration desk, name badges, branding and more.

 

Our team will handle all of the logistics in the lead up to your event so you don't have to.

EVENT DESIGN AND PRODUCTION

The event design will make your conference look and feel professional. We will take care of all design elements for you including banners, signage, name badges, AV, lighting and production so that your event looks sh-mick from the start.

We have also established relationships with fantastic suppliers that will make your event really shine!
